Masters (by thesis only) in Speech Science & Postgraduate Diploma in Science in Speech Science Who for: These qualifications are intended for graduates with bachelors degrees who are interested in speech related areas. They would be relevant to practising Speech Language Therapists with a bachelor's degree. Relevant Backgrounds: linguistics, psychology, audiology, engineering, education, and computer science. What it involves: Masters Thesis - This involves one year of study. Students complete a 120 point thesis on a Speech Science related topic. Students interested in thesis research should approach the Head of Speech Science (Associate Professor Suzanne Purdy). Entry into the programme is dependent on grades and supervisor availability .
