Gaylea Fritsch
Professional Teaching Fellow, Clinical Tutor
I studied a Bachelor of Applied Science (Speech Pathology) at Flinders University, South Australia, graduating in 1991. I have had a diverse Speech Language Therapy clinical career across Australia and New Zealand – working in both the education and health sectors, as well as in both urban and rural/remote settings. I have also worked clinically with both adult and paediatric populations. In the workplace, I have focused on developing best practice models for client intervention and developing quality clinical education programs. I have presented at two international Speech Language therapy conferences on the topics of Developing conversation groups for Pacific Island clients with aphasia (2007) and Measuring quality in clinical education programs (2009).
